★ A Breath of Life

I called in today and was able to work a woping 5 hour shift complete with a 15min break :3

It was exciting. It was like my first official day, not really though since it wasn’t exactly scheduled I’m still considered a newbie so they still had to keep me with an older associate for the beginning of the day. I was set to work with Esther in the shoes department. There I got to mark down a bunch of shoes to clearance and even helped a customer find the size shoe she needed. It was really cool and I must say I did mark down some pretty nice shoes to 7 dollars perhaps I’ll check back sometime and make a purchase.

After my 15min break I was sent to the men’s department D: It was… not so fun. I was just doing recovery and go backs for about 2 hours T^T SOOOOOOO boring! Basically I fold clothes and clean up the dressing rooms D:But it was kinda fun I guess it was my first time by my self. I was a bit confused.

Once again, I got to see how friendly and nice everyone is. Eugene recognized me and greeted me when I walked in and when I clocked out. I decided to ask and found out that I’m one of those who gets to work in every department, very flexible, but there as some who are only trained on the cashiers, like Eugene
