Bolahahgna, I had such a hard time deciding on my senior quote XD Thanks to all who helped me even though the majority of you picked not what I did haha… :3

BUT, the final decision made by me was…

I really liked all of the quotes that I found, obviously, but I really think this one was the best as a senior quote. Sure, the paranoiac one was the funniest, and the one from Einstein was … I don’t know how to describe it- that was my second choice- and the other one was insightful and all that jazz, but this one describes me, is insightful, and really, you can get a lot out of it. When we go off to college and live out the rest of our lives its important to both enjoy what your doing and realize that outside things can’t make you happy, it’s not a destination, it’s not something you can reach out and get. A lot of people are like ya.. I need to go to a just get through college and get a good job and get a lot of money so I can be happy. And no, this is not just a random thing that pops into the head because of what teachers and a lot of people out there say about money not making you happy… even after hearing those, a lot of people out there still believe that they can find happiness through doing stuff and stuff. Anyway, this is kinda like the other quote I was looking at,

“Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.”

No offense, but a lot of times I get tired of people saying they’re unhappy with this or that or that they’re never happy because they’re life is bad in this and this and so and so. Sure, there are times when you can complain and be upset, but there’s a line where it’s all what you make it to be. You can only be as happy as you want to be and as unhappy as you want to be, it’s a state of mind that you decide. I mean… my dog died and I can still keep a smile on my face and be joyful! like.. GOSH, it’s hard sometimes, but most of the saddness in life comes from self pity… Aaannnyywayy.. that went waaayyy off track.. ok now I forgot what else there was to say.. so.. ya.. hope you get something out of my quote
