Aghh! It’s only been one week since I got my braces and I’ve broken so many rules, but that doesn’t really matter… Today I ate off one of my brackets! OK.. well.. I was eating a piece of chicken and I accidentaly hit the bone with my braces and heard a big pop… or crook.. or whatever you want to call it. At first I thought i bit off some of the bone, but then i felt my bracket.. moving.. it’s not supossed to do that. So now it’s stuck on the wire in my mouth.. it feels like a loose tooth… It’s moving but I can’t take it out. Time to make another orthodontic appointment.
